Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing support role in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with required in-office days in Chandler, AZ.
• Experience supporting customers across phone, chat, and email channels.
• Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations concurrently while maintaining quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with proactive self-service using tools/resources before escalation.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support across chat, phone, and email.
• Handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with empathy and accuracy.
• Meet hourly productivity, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Become an expert on Benepass products and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Use AI tools to enhance research, documentation, communication, and problem-solving.
• Maintain internal knowledge documentation and support resources.
• Be an active contributor to a collaborative, high-performing team.
