Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the checkout and throughout the store. You will assist customers with products, manage transactions, handle returns, and promote related items while keeping shelves tidy and stocked.

The role includes assisting with photo services, online orders, and in-store displays, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience and fluency in English are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service; operate cash register; handle returns and exchanges.
• Recommends items and related products; maintains clean, merchandised counters and shelves; assists with stock rotation and pricing.
• Assist with display construction, resets, and promotions; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide service in photo area, including passport photos and promotional photo products; assist with web pickup orders.
