Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to maintain satisfaction.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Support asset protection procedures and comply with store policies.
• Assist with display construction, resets, and product placement.
• Provide photo area service and assist with web pick-up orders as they arrive.
