Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is hiring a Customer Experience/Operations associate to deliver courteous checkout service, greet and assist customers, and maintain attractive, organized store conditions.

You will handle sales on the cash register, manage inventory, assist with product recommendations, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting photo and web pickup services. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service on the register.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and restock as needed; manage pricing and inventory.
• Follow asset protection procedures to minimize loss and comply with policies.
• Assist with store displays, promotions, and product placement, including food separation where needed.
• Provide photo area services and web pickup support, including order fulfillment.
• Support exterior and interior store maintenance and general tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain respectful coworker relationships.
• Attend training and complete required PPLs as directed by management.
