Crew Carwash is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member. Join a Glassdoor Best Places to Work and help create smiles for lifetime customers. You will greet customers, advise on service, and load vehicles while upholding safety and quality standards.

We offer $15–$16 per hour plus incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO with holidays, free car washes, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) matching. Work hours are flexible and training is provided.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Must be able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Be able to move loads up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
