Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member for a frontline retail role. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and provide courteous checkout experience.

You will handle cash transactions, process returns and exchanges, keep shelves stocked and displays tidy, and support web-order pickup and in-store services including the photo area. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service.
• Engage customers by greeting and offering help with products and services.
• Recommend items for sale and upsell where appropriate.
• Register purchases, handle cash, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; manage stock and pricing.
