You will greet customers, answer questions, and assist with products and services while maintaining clean, well-stocked displays and efficient transaction processing. A friendly, fast, and accurate service approach is expected, with participation in promotional activities and photo-area services.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service at the cash register.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and manage inventory as directed.
• Process returns, exchanges, voids, rain checks and refunds per policy.
• Provide photo area services and promote promotional photo products.
• Support web pick-up operations and deliver orders to customers onsite.
• Assist with maintaining store appearance and uphold asset protection procedures.
