Job summary

Jump Start Stores Inc. is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. You will assist customers with purchases, operate the POS system, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are reliable, accurate with cash handling, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and math skills with ability to count money and give correct change.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases using the POS system.
• Stock merchandise, maintain clean and organized sales floor and back areas.
• Process payments accurately and balance cash drawer per procedures.
• Support store operations including receiving deliveries and maintaining safety standards.
