Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a customer-focused team member in Fayetteville, NC to greet customers, operate the cash register, merchandise the sales floor and coolers, and keep the store clean. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED (or equivalent) and some cash handling or retail experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Cash handling or sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, lift, and bend as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register and handle cash, lottery management, and shift paperwork according to PMG standards.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking.
• Cooler Merchandising.
• Vendor Check-Ins.
• Communicate daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures around Safety and Operational Excellence are followed.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning.
