Responsibilities

• Model and deliver customer experience best practices for internal and external customers.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures for stock and displays.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and support inventory tasks.
• Assist with store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adhere to labor policies and safety standards to maintain a secure environment.
• Support shrink-reduction initiatives and loss prevention efforts.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Be flexible to cross-train in multiple areas of the store.
