Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group is seeking a customer-focused store associate to help create an exceptional experience for every customer. You will greet customers, handle cash, stock shelves, perform daily cleaning, and support management with various store tasks.

Responsibilities include merchandising, vendor check-ins, safety compliance, and teamwork with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations across the store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, including cash handling, record keeping, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking.
• Cooler Merchandising.
• Vendor Check-Ins.
• Communicate daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning.
