Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Hillsboro, OH. You will lead a store team to deliver the BEST customer service, manage front-end operations, and ensure brand standards are met. The role requires managing through emergencies, training crew, and coordinating with the store manager.

This hourly position starts at $15.00 per hour and involves flexible scheduling, including day/evening/weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to achieve customer service goals set by District Manager.
• Train and supervise crew; ensure fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Manage front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Oversee opening/closing, cleanliness, and stockroom organization.
• Act as store manager in the manager’s absence.
• Recruit, train, and develop crew members with the store manager.
