Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a Front End Associate in Concord, NH to deliver outstanding customer service at the store front and service desk. The role involves cashiering, bagging, and supporting daily store operations at Hannaford’s Front End.

You will follow company policies, maintain a neat appearance, and assist with special projects while ensuring safety and policy compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position at Store 08329.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements (18+).
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to perform cashier and service desk/kiosk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance per policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
• Support and comply with all safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Observe security standards and report any abnormal behavior.
• Secure front-end change drawer when unattended and protect assets.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation as per policy and health regulations.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions; assist service desk/kiosk.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
