Deckers Brands is seeking a Customer Experience Data Analyst to transform orderbook and operational data into reliable reporting. You will develop Tableau dashboards and advanced Excel solutions, monitor data quality, and collaborate with CE Leadership, Supply Chain, D&D, and global stakeholders.

You will apply AI and automation to improve the speed and scalability of reporting while maintaining data stewardship, in a fully remote US-based role.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel with large datasets.
• 2+ years of reporting, analytics, or business intelligence experience.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into reporting solutions and actionable insights.
• Experience with data quality validation and reporting governance practices.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
