Crew Carwash is hiring a Customer Service Team Member in Noblesville, IN. This role offers a friendly work environment where you’ll advise and load customers, ensuring a high standard of service and a clean park-like setting both inside and outside.

Eligible candidates can enjoy $15-$16 per hour with incentive pay, daily pay options, paid time off and holidays for full-time staff, health/dental/vision, and a 401K with company match. No prior experience required and entry is open to ages 16+.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part-time or full-time hours available; minimum 10 hours per week for part-time; 30+ hours for full-time.

Responsibilities
