Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to support the nationwide customer experience and commercial teams. This entry-level role offers exposure to leadership and opportunities to advance into Customer Experience, Sales, Account Management or other client-focused paths.

You will help coordinate projects, prepare materials, manage CRM data, and assist in lead generation and market research while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience providing administrative support, coordinating projects, events, or team initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience across the organization.
  • Coordinate projects, meetings, timelines, and follow-up activities to keep key initiatives moving forward.
  • Assist with organizing and advancing strategic projects, including those delayed by competing priorities.
  • Prepare presentations, training materials, documentation, and supporting resources for new products, tools, and customer initiatives.
  • Gather and organize customer feedback, survey results, CRM activity, and other insights that support customer engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare customer presentations, proposals, reports, and other client-facing materials.
  • Assist with projects that improve team effectiveness and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information within Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Clean, validate, and organize customer contact data.
  • Build targeted contact lists to support outreach campaigns and business development efforts.
  • Research prospective customers and assist with pipeline development.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry publications, competitive intelligence, and trade show leads.
  • Track industry trends and share relevant insights with Sales leadership.
  • Coordinate invoice processing and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage follow-up activities for leadership.
  • Assist with improving workflows and identifying opportunities to streamline internal processes.

Customer Experience Coordinator Help Shape an Exceptional Customer Experience At Guardian Pharmacy, we believe superior service leads to better outcomes. As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the teams responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our customers nationwide. You'll partner closely with leaders in Customer Experience, Sales, and Account Management, gaining valuable exposure to the business while helping drive strategic initiatives forward. Whether you're preparing customer-facing materials, maintaining CRM data, coordinating projects, or supporting sales initiatives, your work will directly contribute to the success of our customers and internal teams. This position is designed as an entry point into Guardian's commercial organization, providing meaningful exposure to leadership and creating opportunities to grow into Customer Experience, Sales, Account Management, or other customer-focused career paths.

What You'll Do
Customer Experience Support

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience providing administrative support, coordinating projects, events, or team initiatives.
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
