The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader for Marshalls at Store 1668 in Dubuque, IA. You will promote an outstanding customer experience, oversee the front-of-store team, and coach Associates on loyalty programs and service standards.

You will lead by example, ensure a clean, organized store, and train staff on how to personalize customer experiences while driving sales and program adoption. Flexible scheduling and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for supervising and training Associates.
• Experience in retail with merchandising or customer-service focus is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Promote an excellent customer experience across store operations.
• Oversee front-of-store team and ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Lead by example, maintain a clean and organized store, and mentor Associates.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Assign registers, plan breaks, and coordinate coverage during shifts.
• Address customer concerns promptly and communicate priorities to the team.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, labor laws, and safety procedures.

Job Description

• Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Role models outstanding customer service.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

You.

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
