• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Maintains counters and shelves, prices merchandise, and keeps store clean and well merchandised.
• Supports with returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assumes web pick-up responsibilities.
