Responsibilities

• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to support each customer and build trust.
• Use elevated body language and selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy peak hours.
• Leverage tools and team support, stay calm and focused on the customer.
• Be flexible and step into different zones as needed.
• Ask questions, take feedback seriously, and look for daily improvements.
• Drive results by helping meet store goals and using training resources.
