Taco Bell in the United States is hiring crew members for fast, friendly service and food preparation in a busy restaurant environment. You will take orders, process payments, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure a safe and welcoming dining experience for guests.

The role offers training, scholarship opportunities, flexible schedules, and paths for advancement within the company. Prior experience is welcome but not required; benefits and development programs are highlighted for eligible team

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality is essential.
• Cash register operation and making change as needed.
• Basic math skills required.
• Complete training certification.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Team player with strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers: taking orders, processing sales and money, resolving issues.
• Prepare products and maintain quality.
• Monitor service equipment to ensure proper function.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment per standards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels.
• Support recognition and motivation within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
