Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking a Sales Associate for the West Fargo store to deliver outstanding customer service and accurately process fuel and merchandise sales. You will maintain shelves, ensure product availability, and support store profitability while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires prior experience in convenience/retail or restaurant settings, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences on every interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly.
• Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register.
• Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow all regulations.
• Support store operations and assist with tasks as needed.
• Adapt to customer needs and apply sales techniques to support store profitability.
