Qualifications

• Mathematical skill to count, add, subtract, copy, and record figures.
• Ability to operate cash register, credit card machine, and gas pump console.
• Written communication to fill out routine forms and records.
• Oral communication to interact courteously with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Interpersonal communication to work with others to complete tasks.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operates cash register and monitors gas console; follows cash handling procedures.
• Keeps store clean, stocked, and in first class condition; maintains high cleaning standards of facilities.
• Acknowledge customers and provide high level service including greeting and suggestive selling.
• Complies with suggestive selling program; builds displays to promote sale items.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
