The role includes helping with inventory through our POS system, promoting events, and supporting the team during holidays and weekends. Part-time options are available and competitive wages apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; or currently an active student.
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Willingness to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be willing to work major holidays and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Greet each customer with a smile and actively assist while they are shopping
• Be proficient in our menu to take orders over the phone and politely educate customers on items
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to do inventory through our point of sale
• Market major events and sales through our social media outlets and email website outlets
• Work the register to ring up sales and complete transactions
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Participate in product promotion events and initiatives to drive sales
• Maintain a solid knowledge of product inventory to assist customers with their selections
