Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a friendly Cashier to handle register transactions, returns, and assist customers in our store. You will greet customers, balance the drawer, and help customers locate products while maintaining a welcoming front end.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and project a positive image of Ace Retail Group.
• Greet customers as they enter and throughout the store; assist with inquiries and store layout.
• Process transactions, returns, and balance cash register drawer at close.
• Handle calls and pages promptly and courteously; escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with locating items and pricing.
