7 Leaves Café is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Irvine location. You will prepare quality beverages, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. The role starts with 10–15 hours per week, with more hours possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.
