Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assists with day-to-day transactions and opens new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educates clients on using digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Builds relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Performs branch operations such as cash handling while following bank procedures.
