Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. In this role you will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits, loans, and other banking services.

You will process transactions accurately while educating customers on bank products and technology, and you will pursue opportunities through a disciplined sales process and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including being required to provide fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

As a Customer Experience Banker, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
