Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a skilled concierge-style banker to serve walk-in customers and protect and grow consumer and business relationships. You will identify financial goals, educate on deposit products, process transactions, and balance daily while delivering exemplary service.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, referrals, and educating customers on a broad range of banking products. Compliance with policies and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales. Can include military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
• High School Diploma OR
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
• Cash handling skills preferred but not required
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services is a plus
