Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit products, and processing transactions with accuracy. You will educate customers on banking products, proactively grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, and refer clients to other bank areas to deepen partnerships while adhering to

Summary:

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you are a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers. You are responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.


• Cash handling skills.


• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Exempt Status: (Yes) = not eligible for overtime pay (No) = eligible for overtime pay

Compensation Range: $23.00-$26.00 Hourly

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
