Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Yukon, Oklahoma store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock and maintain cleanliness, and support daily operations. This part-time role requires reliable teamwork, strong communication, and a positive attitude to help customers and store colleagues thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent mobility tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
