Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels on a part-time basis at our North Branch, MN location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and handle frequent standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenish according to productivity standards.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, floors and trash removal.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates and leaders.
