Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a distinctive and delightful shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and operate a register for courteous, efficient checkout.

You will maintain displays, restock merchandise, process returns and exchanges, support photo services and web pick-ups, and help keep the store clean and organized. English fluency and a flexible schedule are required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and processes purchases.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; assists with stock and price checks.
• Provides customer service in photo area and supports web pick-up orders.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and ensures compliance with company policies.
