Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Minnesota to greet customers, help with products, and provide fast, friendly checkout on your assigned register. You will upsell related items and support store operations to ensure a clean, well-stocked environment.

You will maintain displays, process returns, and assist with the photo area and order fulfillments as needed. Fluency in English is required; evenings and weekends should be available. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Recommends items for sale and handles exchanges, returns, and rain checks.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assists with stock rotation and displays.
• Assists with photo area services and exterior/interior store maintenance.
• Follows company policies and procedures and supports store operations.
