Job summary

Walgreens store position in Gurabo, Puerto Rico seeks a Customer Service Associate to help customers with products and services and provide courteous, efficient checkout.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming store environment while supporting daily operations such as stocking, displays, and photo services. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assist with stock rotation and displays.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
