Job summary

Blarney Castle Oil Co. is looking for a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, handle purchases, and keep the store welcoming. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced team that serves the community and maintains a inviting store atmosphere.

This role involves assisting at the fuel pumps, stocking beverage stations, and ensuring safe sale practices. Training is provided with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash and payment systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand, learn quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with friendly, attentive service.
• Process purchases accurately using cash registers and payment systems.
• Assist customers at fuel pumps and answer questions about products and promotions.
• Ensure safe sale of alcohol, tobacco, and lottery items.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers to keep products organized.
• Prepare and maintain coffee, fountain, and beverage stations.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting for customers and team members.
• Assist with deliveries and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow company policies and complete required training.
