7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in our Michigan stores. This entry-level role involves cash handling, fueling transactions, stocking shelves, and some foodservice tasks. Training will be provided; a positive attitude and good customer service are valued. Prior experience in retail or foodservice helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; entry-level role with on-the-job training.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills recommended.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases.
• Handle cash, credit, and loyalty rewards transactions.
• Stock shelves and manage product displays; ensure price accuracy.
• Assist with food preparation where applicable and follow food safety guidelines.
• Keep store clean and organized and comply with safety standards.
