Job summary

Wawa is looking for a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare food, and operate the register in a fast-paced store environment. You will help maintain stocked, clean, and inviting shelves and assist with age-restricted product verification and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously
• Prepare food items and keep coffee station clean and organized
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification
• Ensure stores are stocked and shelves are fresh, full, inviting
• Follow all policies to keep stores clean and safe
• Complete housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash)
