Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an exceptional experience at checkout and throughout the store. You will greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain clean displays, handle transactions, and follow policy and safety guidelines. Candidates with retail experience and an ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to provide a delightful experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Provide courteous, fast and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Recommend items and upsell or suggest companions where appropriate.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised and properly priced.
• Ensure asset protection procedures are followed to minimize loss.
• Comply with laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Build and maintain promotional displays and complete resets as directed.
• Assist with stock rotation and proper placement of items.
