• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items to customers.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotional print products; handles web pick-up orders.
