Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle checkout, process payments, returns, exchanges, and maintain accuracy with cash handling.
• Reinforce customer service best practices and proactively offer help to meet customer needs.
• Maintain clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with displays and stock rotation.
• Support with photo area services and web pickup responsibilities as needed.
