Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; stock and price merchandise as directed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, rain checks, refunds, and voids as needed.
• Assist with photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities (monitor orders, pick items, deliver).
• Support asset protection procedures and comply with company policies.
