Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, friendly checkout service.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and help with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale and promote trade-up or companion products.
• Process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assist with stock and pricing.
• Support store operations and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and maintain respectful coworker relationships.
