• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register purchases on the cash register and handle transactions, returns, exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; perform inventory checks and pricing.
• Assist with the photo area, including passport photos, poster prints, and promotional products.
• Support web-based order pick-up and delivery to customers as they arrive at store.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with company policies; maintain store appearance.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as directed by management.
• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or corporate.
