Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on the cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised and checks in/prices merchandise.
• Processes returns, exchanges, rain checks, and voids as needed.
• Provides photo area services and supports web order pick-up.
• Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products (e.g., alcohol and tobacco).
• Provides general store maintenance and assists with displays.
• Assists customers by greeting, offering help, and answering questions.
