Job summary

Wawa is hiring a Customer Service Associate in New Jersey. You will greet customers, prepare items, handle payments, and ensure a clean, inviting store environment. The role involves restocking, safety compliance, and basic duties like housekeeping and LP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as our breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products.
• Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
