Walgreens is seeking a retail associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and provide courteous checkout service at the register.

The role includes handling purchases, returns, and exchanges while maintaining clean, well-merchandised aisles and assisting with web order pickups. Flexibility for evenings and weekend hours is required; prior retail experience and familiarity with Walgreens procedures are preferred.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior experience with Walgreens preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to resolve questions and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Register purchases, handle cash, and manage returns, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and properly priced.
• Assist with web order pickup and delivery to customers when they arrive.
• Assist with exterior and interior store maintenance and uphold store policies.
• Contribute to displays, promotions, and stock rotation using FIFO where applicable.
• Separation of food items and proper product placement as policy directs.
