Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Gainesville, GA is hiring entry-level Customer Service Representatives to greet customers, take orders, and ensure fast, friendly service during the busy hours. You’ll work with a team, learn point-of-sale procedures, handle calls, and support kitchen and delivery operations as needed.

No degree is required, and applicants must be at least 16 years old. Flexible schedules, part- or full-time options, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles are available.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
• Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders with a smile.
• Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment.
• Will ingness to take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
• Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Comfortably utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
