Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues.
• Share customer service best practices with team to enhance experience.
• Recommend items and upsell; maintain store displays and merchandising.
• Process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds as needed.
• Operate photo area services and assist with web pick-ups.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and accurate pricing.
• Adhere to asset protection procedures and policies.
• Complete special assignments as directed by management.
