You will greet customers, offer assistance, process sales, handle returns, and maintain clean, well-merchandised shelves while supporting in-store tasks such as photo services and web-pickup orders. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required to serve our community.

Responsabilités

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up or companion items.
• Registers customer purchases on the cash register, processes payments, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, inventories, and prices merchandise as directed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and poster print.]
• Assumes web pick-up responsibilities and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
