Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on the assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Greets customers and assists with product questions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up and companion items.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, assists with stock rotation.
• Provides photo services in-store, including passport photos and poster printing.
• Assists with web pick-up orders and delivers orders to customers.
• Maintains clean, neat, and organized store condition and appearance.
• Follows asset protection procedures and complies with store policies.
